In case you’re new to me, I’m what I call a ‘Fashion Therapist’, aka a Personal Stylist and closet/wardrobe organizer for all genders. Today I’d like to focus on a great pair of shorts – Baggies by Patagonia. They will cover a lot of bases, which is my favorite way for clothes to work. Note I’m highlighting the men’s style here but they also come in women’s.
Since one of my personal agendas is to prioritize eco conscious fashion when and wherever possible, I always look to support and educate myself and others about brands that really walk the walk. IMO, Patagonia is the gold standard for their manufacturing, repair and resale offerings, and y’all – among other awesomeness, they support employee surf breaks midday if the waves are tasty! (Yes, I am using a Jeff Spicoli-ism there).

Yes Baggies are a simple silhouette. AND they come in multiple inseam lengths, colors, patterns and solids, men’s and women’s and have that built in Patagonia awesomeness around manufacturing practices and materials you can feel good about. You can get them repaired for life or engage in resale with their Worn Wear program. They are pretty much perfection.
Next time you need shorts, I hope you’ll consider them.
