BOOKING + CANCELLATION

Prepayment of 50% of the appointment minimum is required for booking. Cancellation of appointments within twenty-four hours of start time will forfeit this deposit.

Fees are payable to @Stephanie-Gisondi-Little via Venmo or Stephanie Gisondi-Little via PayPal. Please note, this applies to all in-person and virtual services.

MULTIPLE CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULINGS

If a client should cancel appointments two times within the twenty-four hour start time period, prepayment in full will be required for any subsequent rescheduling.

SERVICE MINIMUMS

All in-person Wardrobe Transformation sessions run up-to-four hours, as needed. All non-Wardrobe Transformation in-person appointments are booked at a minimum of two hours.

Virtual appointments are booked with a one hour minimum, in addition to preparatory and follow up questionnaires sent via email to maximize the efficacy of the session.

REMOVAL + DONATIONS

Removal of up to one carload of donations and tax deduction forms supplied at no extra cost, if desired.

OVERTIME SPENT

Any additional work time minutes spent beyond hourly minimums will be billed to the next half hour at the hourly rate, for all appointment types.

TRAVEL

In-person services outside the Los Angeles metropolitan area are available at negotiated rates.
